My heart was set on making Shaun some 4th of July cupcakes today. In the midst of chicken soup brewing on the stove top and a fussy little cranky but handsome baby at my feet I realized I failed to buy butter cream icing!? Instead, I bought whipped and creamy =( BIG MISTAKE!
